Automatic Flow Transfer

SUPADIVERTA can prioritise diversion to one tank and then divert to a second tank during heavier rain or once the first tank is nearly full.

The diagram shows two same height tanks with deleted overflows.

Tank A has priority feed.

To Plumb...

  • Install SUPADIVERTAS on DOWNPIPES A and B with the intersect height of the SUPADIVERTAS reservoir walls and filters a couple of cm below the bottom of the tank’s overflow.
  • The house brick mortar lines or weatherboards can be used for line of sight.
  • Connect the vertical drops from both SECOND priority outlets to a larger shared horizontal pipe connected to a bottom inlet on tank A.
  • Connect the vertical drops from both THIRD priority outlets to a larger shared horizontal pipe connected to a bottom inlet on tank B.

When Tank A is at a low level, water from both SUPADIVERTAS flows freely to that tank. As TANK A becomes full and the head decreases or the rain becomes heavier, the water level in both SUPADIVERTAS will rise above the third priority outlets and start filling tank B.
